Stir Fry on the Fly

What is needed:
20 minutes
chicken cutlets, thawed
red pepper
onion
fresh mushrooms
low sodium soy sauce
whole grain box of couscous
sun dried tomatoes
spices: salt, pepper, Mrs Dash, garlic pwdr


Protein:
Before: Cut up the thawed chicken cutlets into bite-sized pieces, heat up a frying pan with a lil' olive oil on medium heat.
During: Add the chicken to the pan, and cook until the chicken is 1/2 way cooked, then *see veggies

Veggies:
Before: Cut up the pepper, onion, and mushrooms into rough bite-sized pieces
During: Add them into the chicken pan once the chicken has already been cooked some. Then, add in some soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper and let it cook for another 8-10 minutes.

Carbohydrate:
Before: Make the couscous according to the box (keep it fast n easy!) usually by adding boiling water from a kettle into a bowl with the couscous and covering the bowl for a few minutes to let it soak up the water. 
During: Add in the sun-dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and some Mrs. Dash's spices if you have!
